The solar pockets are used in parking mode. With the fold-out installation feet, they can always be set up at the best angle to the sun and aligned independently of the vehicle. The supplied cable has a length of 5m. The panel must not be left outside in the rain. However, in inclement weather -or otherwise- it can be placed behind the windshield of the camper, van, boat, PW or other vehicle. By placing it behind the windshield, it can immediately supply energy again as soon as the rain clouds have cleared, provides shade in the vehicle and at the same time supplies energy for consumers such as a cool box, auxiliary heater, etc.
A
solar controller is required for connection to the battery. If you don't have one yet, we recommend e.g. the
MPPT charge controller 350 Wp from PICado Electronics. The cable set for connection to the vehicle as well as a 5m extension are already included in the delivery. Replacement cables can be ordered from our store.
