Separate mixer and wall outlet elbow
The mixer tap and wall outlet elbow are designed separately for maximum flexibility during installation. This allows them to be installed in different positions.
Shower head with volume regulator
The Queensize camper shower helps you to save water. The shower head has a volume regulator with which you can finely adjust the amount of water, both on the mixer and at the end of the hose. With a little practice, you can even do this with one hand.
Ideal for an outdoor shower
The shower hose can be easily disconnected from the wall outlet using the quick-release coupling and stored in the felt bag supplied so as not to damage the shower wall. The hose and shower spray are thus safely stowed away. The quick-release coupling on the wall outlet closes automatically after being pulled off (integrated water stop).
Two selectable spray types
You can choose between two different spray types by turning the aerator on the shower head.
Installing the camper shower
Mixer
The mixer is installed through a hole circle of at least 34 mm and secured from behind with a nut, washer and flat gasket to prevent it from turning. There is also an O-ring on the inside of the rosette that seals against the shower wall.
90° wall outlet
The 90° wall outlet is installed through a hole circle of at least 21 mm and is also secured from behind with a nut, washer, flat gasket and an O-ring on the inside. A flexible hose is also screwed into the rear of the wall outlet to allow maximum flexibility in the installation position.
Important note on the coating: This is a stainless steel product which has been treated with a high-quality PVD coating to give it its dark, matt color. We are convinced that we can offer a very good product here.
BUT: A coating on stainless steel does not withstand every mechanical load. We have therefore fitted a second O-ring to the spout to protect it should it ever rest on the bottom of the sink. Unlike the sink, the surface of the mixer tap is smooth and not as scratch-resistant as the textured sink. You should be aware of this when purchasing this coated stainless steel product.
Our tip: clean the mixer tap with a soft cloth or sponge, not with the hard side of a household sponge or even with steel wool.
Important note regarding frost: To avoid frost damage, the spout must be completely emptied during the cold season. The best way to do this is to unscrew the aerator on the spout and open the cartridge and set it to the middle position. The water must be blown out in the direction of pumping through the non-return valve; it will not run backwards.
